Acer Predator K3D HT Setup

1. Tobii Eye Tracking setup

  • Download and install from 3DGameMarket.net
    Predator Eye Tracking Core Software
    OR
    from Tobii (1. Select the hardware > Predator > Download)

  • Run the Tobii test app(s) to verify the Tobii software and eye tracking hardware are working correctly.
  • Note: Display requires USB 3.0 connection to PC for tracking hardware to function.

2. K3D Head Tracking setup

  • Download and install from 3DGameMarket.net
    K3D Head Tracking Software

    You should now have the K3D HT red and white icon in the system tray that looks like the window icon in the images below.
  • Set K3D HT software to English.
    Click the K3D HT system tray icon to open. Click the drop down box and select the entry shown below.
  • Set K3D HT software to the correct display.
    Click "Platform" in the left column, select "Acer27" in the "Platforms" select box, and click "Switch Platform"
You are now ready use the display with 3DGM using "Z2D HT" 3D out format.
